Helena College is committed to the principles of shared governance by engaging appropriate stakeholder groups to ensure a representative voice and perspective in decision making. This is accomplished through maintaining councils, committees, workgroups, and taskforces as defined in Policy 100.5, as well as advisory councils made up of community and industry partners.

Additionally, all Councils and Committees will compile an annual summary report to be shared with the campus during the spring State of the College meeting. These documents should be published on the website and maintained online for 5 years.
